Spider-Verse 3: Miles Morales' Darkest Journey Yet

The third installment in the acclaimed Spider-Verse saga, "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse," is scheduled to premiere on June 18, 2027. The film will feature the return of Miles Morales, voiced by Shameik Moore, who finds himself in a perilous situation following the events of the previous chapter. He is on the run from Miguel O'Hara's Spider Society and dealing with a profound sense of betrayal.

Miles is portrayed as tied up, threatened, and angry, with his family's safety endangered by his heroic calling. He must traverse vast stretches of time and space to protect and reunite his loved ones. His uncle and an alternate, villainous version of himself are actively working to thwart his efforts.

Hailee Steinfeld reprises her role as Gwen Stacy, and Brian Tyree Henry, who voices Miles' father, Jeffrey David, described the upcoming film as "even more epic than the last," hinting at significant emotional depth. The franchise, known for its stylistic innovation and critical acclaim, includes the Oscar-winning "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" and its nominated sequel, "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse."

Directors Bob Persichetti and Justin K. Thompson are helming the project, with a screenplay by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham.
