Spider-Man's Indian Box Office Sees Major Dip

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has encountered its initial downturn at the Indian box office, with its second Monday collections falling below the Rs 10 crore mark. On its 12th day, the film gathered an estimated Rs 7.60 crore net. This represents a significant 78.1% decrease compared to its second Sunday earnings and is the first time since release that daily net collections have dipped below Rs 10 crore.

Despite this weekday drop, the Tom Holland-starrer has accumulated a substantial Rs 423.05 crore net and Rs 505.93 crore gross in India. The movie had an exceptional first week, earning approximately Rs 334.75 crore net. The superhero film has officially secured its place as the highest-grossing Hollywood movie in India, outperforming 'Avatar: The Way of Water' and 'Avengers: Endgame'. Strong business continues across English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu versions.
