Summary
- Iconic New Romantic band Spandau Ballet is set for a comeback.
- Original lineup including Tony Hadley may reunite after a decade.
- The band had bitter feuds and legal battles following their 1990 split.

Spandau Ballet, the British New Romantic band famous for hits like 'Gold,' 'True,' and 'Through the Barricades,' is reportedly on the verge of a comeback. After years of public disputes, legal battles, and acrimony following their 1990 split, members are in talks to reunite.
Insiders suggest the reunion could feature the complete original lineup, including lead singer Tony Hadley, who departed the band over a decade ago. Hadley had previously expressed doubts about a reunion, stating in August 2025 that he hadn't seen the Kemp brothers or John Keeble in eight years.
The band last performed together in 2018, but without Hadley. His replacement, Ross William Wild, later left and was subsequently convicted of sex offenses in 2024. Following Wild's departure, Martin Kemp stated the band would not return without Hadley.
Spandau Ballet initially split in 1990, leading to a High Court case in 1999 where Hadley, Norman, and Keeble sued Gary Kemp for songwriting royalties, a case they lost. The band reunited in 2009 and again in 2015 for successful tours.
