The transaction, registered in October 2026, covers a five-year term within the Aram Nagar locality of Versova, known for its proximity to the entertainment industry. The rental payment structure includes a Rs 5 lakh monthly rent for the first year, with an approximate 8% annual increase over the agreement's duration. A security deposit of Rs 32 lakhs was also part of the deal, alongside stamp duty and registration charges.

Versova offers significant commercial appeal due to its robust connectivity via Link Road, SV Road, and proximity to major transport hubs like the Versova Metro station and Andheri railway station. The area also boasts essential social infrastructure and is poised for improved connectivity with the proposed Versova-Bandra Sea Link.
