Snooki's Raw Reveal: 'Guts Coming Out' of Implants

Reality television personality Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi recently detailed a frightening experience with her breast implants during an appearance on the Let's Be Honest podcast. Polizzi, 38, recalled waking up from surgery and feeling as though "a dump truck" was on her chest, leading to panic.

Her recollection included a graphic description of seeing a hole in her nipple with "guts coming out," prompting immediate distress. Co-host Kristin Cavallari, who also has implants, shared her own experience, though Polizzi admitted to removing her bandages to inspect her results.

Polizzi initially decided to get breast implants in 2016, referring to it as her "little mommy makeover" following the births of her first two children. She expressed that motherhood had negatively impacted her breasts, and she sought to regain confidence and feel attractive for her husband.

At the time of her surgery, Polizzi achieved a "nice full C" cup size. She described the recovery as painful, limiting her ability to lift her children and requiring her to sleep propped up.

In February 2026, Polizzi also disclosed her diagnosis of stage 1 cervical cancer, detected through abnormal pap smear results and subsequent biopsies confirming "severe cancerous cells."
