Six Flags Dominates 2026 Golden Ticket Awards

Six Flags achieved a dominant performance at the 2026 Golden Ticket Awards, recognized as one of the amusement industry's most respected honors. The company's theme parks secured the top four positions in the "Best New Roller Coasters of 2026" category.

Leading the pack was Falcons Flight at Six Flags Qiddiya City in Saudi Arabia. This record-breaking attraction, which debuted on December 31, 2025, is the world's tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster, reaching 640 feet in height and speeds of 150 mph.

Following closely, Six Flags Over Texas' Tormenta: Rampaging Run earned second place. This new coaster, launched on July 9, 2026, is the first giga dive coaster and broke six world records, including fastest dive coaster at 87 mph and longest dive coaster at 4,199 feet.

Third place was awarded to the Quantum Accelerator at Six Flags New England in Agawam, Massachusetts, which opened on April 17, 2026. This ride is noted as New England's first dual-launch straddle coaster. Fourth place went to Six Flags Qiddiya City's Colossus, a hybrid wooden coaster that debuted in late 2025.
