Actor Sivakarthikeyan recently celebrated Diwali in Madurai, the hometown of his wife, Aarthi. He was in the city for the ongoing shoot of his upcoming rural action drama, 'Seyon'.
During his visit, Sivakarthikeyan revealed that nearly 70 percent of the film's production has been successfully completed. The team plans to continue filming in Madurai and other locations until December to finalize the remaining portions of the movie.
Expressing his fondness for Madurai, Sivakarthikeyan stated, "Madurai is always special to me. Since my wife Aarthi is from Madurai, we keep coming here, and I am proud to be a Madurai Maapillai." He also shared a new poster of 'Seyon' on social media to wish fans a happy Diwali.
'Seyon' is directed by Sivakumar Murugesan and stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead. The film's music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan and produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran.
