The rental terms include a progressive annual increase, starting at Rs 2.5 lakh for the first year, moving to Rs 2.62 lakh in the second, and concluding at Rs 2.75 lakh in the third year.
This transaction marks another property engagement for the father-daughter duo within the Piramal Mahalaxmi project. They had previously purchased a luxury apartment in the same development in January 2025 for Rs 6.24 crore. The recently leased apartment includes a comprehensive list of furnishings and appliances, and is designated strictly for residential use. The licensors, Kapoor and her father, will cover maintenance charges, while the licensee will be responsible for electricity bills.
