Sherlock Creator Heads to Serielizados-Barcelona

Steven Moffat, renowned for "Sherlock" and "Doctor Who," is set to be the headline international guest at the Serielizados-Barcelona Series Festival. He will be accompanied by producer Sue Vertue, CEO of Hartswood Films. Their discussions are anticipated to be insightful and humorous.
The festival, scheduled for October 19-28, 2026, will open with "In Vitro," a series backed by 3Cat and HBO Max. It concludes with "Episòdic: El principi d'Arquimedes," an anthology series created by audiovisual students.
Serielizados will also feature "Segunda Temporada," a Filmin Original, and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the soap opera "Nissaga de poder." The event includes "Literaturium de séries," a live podcast edition.
The second edition of Mind the Gap, a project pitching showcase, will occur on October 21 as part of Serielizados Pro. This initiative supports new projects by connecting creators with industry professionals.
Serielizados unveiled its poster with the slogan "An Eye for It," highlighting its curatorial role in selecting distinctive television series for audiences. Last year's festival honored Sweden's "Pressure Point" as best international series.
