Sheinelle Jones Joins Jenna Bush Hager for New TODAY Show Hour

Sheinelle Jones will now co-host the fourth hour of the "TODAY" show alongside Jenna Bush Hager. This newly named "TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle" segment will feature Jones as its first permanent co-host since Hoda Kotb's departure.

The appointment highlights Jones's growth within the network, having joined "Weekend TODAY" in 2014 and later becoming a co-host for the third hour. Her transition to the fourth hour signifies a new chapter for the program, following Kotb's move to other roles within NBC News.

Jones's return to a full-time hosting role is particularly poignant as she recently navigated a family health matter and the passing of her husband. Her resilience and strength in returning to the airwaves after these personal challenges are a testament to her dedication.
