Sharon Osbourne disclosed a previously little-known role in rock history during a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast. The 73-year-old revealed that she briefly managed the legendary band Queen. This revelation came as she and her son, Jack Osbourne, discussed the impact of music biopics on artist popularity, comparing the movie 'Michael' to Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody.'

Osbourne explained her connection to Queen began when she was dating someone who frequented an antique market where Freddie Mercury was employed. She then managed the band for a short period before introducing them to John Reid, who went on to manage Queen from 1975 until early 1978. Osbourne noted that Freddie Mercury and John Reid had an immediate connection.

Reflecting on the Queen biopic 'Bohemian Rhapsody,' Osbourne described it as "squeaky clean" and a "Hallmark rock movie." She acknowledged its success in introducing the band's music to a younger generation but felt it altered the timeline and softened the narrative. In contrast, she stated that a biopic about her and her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, would be a more "real" and "adult" film, intended for mature audiences.
