Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76, after a public struggle with Parkinson's disease. His passing occurred shortly after a major farewell concert in his hometown of Birmingham. The couple, married in 1982, shared 43 years together and raised three children: Aimee, Kelly, and Jack.

Following his death, Ozzy's music experienced a significant resurgence on the Billboard charts. His iconic 1980 solo track "Crazy Train" reached the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time, debuting at No. 46. Other hits like "Mama, I'm Coming Home" also re-entered the charts, and his compilation album The Essential Ozzy Osbourne hit a new peak on the Billboard 200.
