Singer Shaan Buys Rs 48 Cr Penthouse in Mumbai

Singer Shaan has acquired a lavish 6300 square foot home in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West area for a sum of Rs 48 crore. This expansive residence is situated within the Palmera complex on Turner Road. The property was formed by amalgamating three distinct apartments, spanning approximately one and a half floors on the 18th level of the building. The deal, officially registered on August 20, signifies a significant investment in Mumbai's high-end real estate market.

The purchase holds sentimental value for Shaan, as his late father, the renowned musician Manas Mukherjee, also resided in Bandra. This new home maintains the family's long-standing connection to the locality. The Palmera complex, developed by Pantheion Real Estate, is built on the site of a former bungalow owned by actress Mala Sinha. The building boasts amenities including a swimming pool and a bar, though it awaits its Occupancy Certificate.

In parallel, Shaan has recently reunited with actor Saif Ali Khan for a song titled 'Mera Hero Hai Woh' from the upcoming film 'Haiwaan', marking their collaboration after nearly two decades. Shaan expressed excitement about this reunion and the song's positive reception, crediting composer Pritam.
