SEVENTEEN members The 8 and VERNON have formed a new side unit named V8, preparing for their debut mini-album release on June 29. The self-titled project aims to explore the complex theme of "wasted youth," delving into moments of confusion and the resilience found within struggles.
This mini-album is set to feature a star-studded list of collaborators. Among them is Pharrell Williams, who previously worked with SEVENTEEN, alongside other notable producers such as Dylan Brady from 100 Gecs. The duo has teased their hyperpop sound through a recent video.
V8 will also embark on the 2026 VERNON THE 8 [V8] LIVE tour, commencing in Goyang, South Korea, on July 11-12. Following this, they are scheduled for three performances in Hong Kong from July 17-19.
