In November 2025, acclaimed actress Jane Seymour, 70, opened up about finding love again in her later years. Two years ago, Seymour met emergency room doctor and musician John Zambetti, whom she described as "amazingly brilliant."
Seymour, known for her role in the TV series "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," confessed that she never thought a healthy, loving relationship would be possible at this stage of her life. "I honestly never thought I would find a really committed, healthy, lovely, loving relationship at this time of my life, but I'm incredibly blessed that I have," she told Hello! Magazine.
The couple's love story began when their children introduced them at a Shwayze concert, a mutual friend of theirs. Zambetti, who had no prior knowledge of Seymour's illustrious acting career, was eager to learn more about her work. Seymour shared that she hasn't even seen most of her own performances, as she was too busy making them.
Seymour, who has been married four times, feels fortunate to have found Zambetti at the right time in their lives. "You've had a life. Many lives. And children, and grandchildren, and careers, and ups and downs. You know what you want. I consider both of us so fortunate to have found each other at the time we have, because it wouldn't have ever worked earlier," she said.
