As of October 2025, the cast of the popular Netflix reality series Selling Sunset is under the spotlight once again, this time regarding their real estate licenses. According to the California Department of Real Estate, every cast member from season 9 has an active license to sell homes, with the exceptions of Amanza Smith and Chelsea Lazkani.
Chrishell Stause, who has held her license since 2016, made her most recent sale in February 2025. Meanwhile, Mary Bonnet, the vice president of The Oppenheim Group, has been in the real estate industry since 2008. Emma Hernan, who joined the team in 2019, made her last reported sale in the MLS in June 2024.
