Haunted Driver Seeks Killer in Gripping New Thriller

Cooper Tomlinson, acclaimed for his role in the global hit 'Obsession,' is slated to star in the new mystery-thriller 'Seeker.' He will be joined by Jessica Rothe and Mika Abdalla in the film, directed by Adam Rehmeier from an original screenplay by Michael Learner. Production is scheduled to begin in Washington State in January 2027, with the project fully financed by Hammerstone Studios and Script 2 Screen.

The narrative centers on Grant, portrayed by Tomlinson, a man tormented by the five-year-old disappearance of his fiancée, Caroline, played by Abdalla. His life takes a dark turn when, as a ride-share driver, he picks up a passenger he believes is responsible for her vanishing. This encounter escalates into a disturbing game of cat-and-mouse that challenges Grant's perception of reality.

Notable figures such as Adam McKay and Noah Centineo are involved as producers. The film is poised to be a prominent genre project at the upcoming AFM. Tomlinson's recent work includes 'Anything But Ghosts,' slated for May 2027. Rothe is known for the 'Happy Death Day' franchise and will appear in Universal Pictures and Blumhouse's 'River' in January 2027. Abdalla gained recognition for her role in Prime Video's series 'Off Campus.'
