Scrubs Revival: Turk & Elliot Fight Over J.D.'s Heart!

A new promotional video for the upcoming second season of the Scrubs revival features a humorous scene where Turk and Elliot playfully fight over J.D.'s "me-shaped heart" during a game of Operation. This lighthearted conflict underscores the familiar character dynamics that fans have come to love. The revival is scheduled to premiere its second season on September 30.

The new season of Scrubs will see J.D., Turk, and Elliot elevated from interns to "icons" at Sacred Heart Hospital. They will now be inspiring and guiding a new generation of medical professionals. The show will explore their experiences as respected doctors while navigating the challenges of hospital life, joined by both familiar and new faces. The series originally aired from 2001 to 2010, with a brief ninth season.

While many original cast members are returning, including Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, and Donald Faison, some new additions from season one, like Joel Kim Booster and X Mayo, will not be returning for season two. Ava Bunn has been promoted to series regular among the new interns, with others set to recur. The showrunner has indicated a desire to explore the personal lives of the characters. The series returns to ABC on Wednesday, September 30, at 8 p.m. ET and streams on Hulu the following day.
