TV Chief Nemes Exits AGBO for New Production Venture

Scott Nemes is departing AGBO at the end of the month, concluding a four-year tenure as President of Television. He is set to launch his own production company, which will focus on premium global content.

Nemes will continue his creative partnership with AGBO, producing several upcoming projects. AGBO's Chief Creative Officer, Angela Russo-Otstot, praised Nemes for his instrumental role in developing the company's television business and its global franchises, including the "Citadel" and "Extraction" universes.

Prior to AGBO, Nemes held leadership positions at Universal Studio Group, Universal Cable Productions, Makeready, and Cinemax, overseeing projects like "Dr. Death" and "Gaslit."

Nemes expressed gratitude for his time at AGBO, highlighting the collaborative efforts in building an ambitious global television business. He looks forward to partnering with creators and platforms to develop stories with international reach and lasting impact.
