New LGBTQ-Friendly Venue Score to Debut on Mass. Ave.

Score, a new entertainment venue from Diagonal Hospitality, is slated to open on Mass. Ave. next year, promising a casual and inclusive atmosphere. The venue, located at 646 Massachusetts Ave., will feature two floors with bars, rooftop space, and potential outdoor seating, serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

This LGBTQ-friendly establishment aims to fill a gap in Indianapolis's nightlife, providing a comfortable space for community members and downtown workers. Owner Bill Pritt hopes Score will be a welcoming spot for rec league players and others seeking a unique dining and entertainment experience.

Diagonal Hospitality acquired the 646 Mass. Ave. property in June for $1.9 million. Pritt has pursued this location for over five years. While initial plans for the building are uncertain, including potential for retail tenants, Pritt envisions a future expansion to a four- or five-story structure with residential or hotel space.
