Summary
- Scary Movie 6 poster parodies Michael Jackson's "Michael" promo.
- Promotional taglines reference Jackson's child abuse allegations.
- The biopic "Michael" will not address abuse allegations.

The latest installment of the "Scary Movie" franchise is making headlines with its bold take on Michael Jackson, using promotional material that directly parodies the upcoming biopic "Michael." A newly released poster depicts the franchise's signature killer dressed as Jackson, featuring provocative taglines such as "Prepare to Hee-Hee" and "Touching Fans Everywhere," the latter a clear nod to the child abuse allegations that have long surrounded the pop star.
The biopic "Michael," scheduled to premiere in theaters on Friday, will not delve into these controversial allegations. Director Antoine Fuqua has expressed skepticism regarding the accusations, despite the number of accusers and Jackson's own public statements about sharing his bed with boys.
"Scary Movie 6" is set to feature a reunion of key characters from the franchise's initial films, including Marlon Wayans as Shorty Meeks, Shawn Wayans as Ray Wilkins, Anna Faris as Cindy Campbell, and Regina Hall as Brenda Meeks. The Wayans brothers are also returning to write and produce. A teaser trailer has also been released, showcasing Kenan Thompson as a comedic portrayal of the King of Pop. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 5th.
