Summary
- Sarah Ferguson's representative denied plans for a corgi cloning reality show.
- The proposed show aimed to clone Queen Elizabeth's corgis for sale.
- Ferguson took in the Queen's corgis, Muick and Sandy, after her death.

A representative for Sarah Ferguson has officially refuted claims that she intended to participate in a reality television series focused on cloning Queen Elizabeth's corgis. These corgis, named Muick and Sandy, were taken in by Ferguson and her former husband, Prince Andrew, after the Queen's death in September 2022.
The reports, initially published on March 21, 2026, suggested that Ferguson had discussed a program with production companies in May 2025. The alleged concept involved establishing a company, 'The Queen's Corgis,' to clone the late monarch's beloved pets and offer them to other dog enthusiasts worldwide. Ferguson's representative stated that while she did receive proposals for shows about dogs generally, she declined the specific concept involving cloning.
Queen Elizabeth II was a renowned animal lover, owning numerous corgis throughout her life. Muick and Sandy were the only two corgis to survive her. The welfare of these two corgis has been a subject of public interest, particularly as Ferguson and Andrew recently moved from their longtime Windsor residence. They were last seen in February 2026 on the Sandringham estate.
