Comedian & Casting Director's Viral Gesture Sparks Debate

A video of comedian Samay Raina and casting director Mukesh Chhabra from The Khidkiyaan Theatre Festival has gone viral on social media. The clip, recorded on October 17, shows Chhabra kissing Raina's hands, leading to widespread online discussion. This interaction has gained significant traction concurrently with a complaint lodged against Chhabra. The complaint alleges inappropriate language was used by Chhabra during his appearance on Samay Raina's comedy show, an episode of 'India's Got Latent' Season 2. The complainant, Anurag Shrivastav, cited a specific remark made on September 22, 2026, and questioned Netflix India's content review process. The festival, organized by Chhabra's Casting Company, also saw attendance from numerous other industry personalities.
