Samantha Armytage has once again placed her Hyams Beach getaway on the NSW south coast market. The former Sunrise personality is seeking 'expressions of interest' for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property, with a price guide between $2.95 million and $3.1 million. This follows a previous decision to withdraw the home from listings in December 2024, which occurred just hours before news of her separation from husband Richard Lavender emerged.
The Golden Bachelor host has changed real estate agents since initially listing the renovated home in September 2024 for $3 million. After a period without a sale, she adjusted the price guide to $2.5 million - $3 million. However, her personal circumstances following the marriage breakdown led to the decision to remove it from the market entirely.
Armytage acquired the charming waterfront cottage, which overlooks Jervis Bay, in 2018 for $1.765 million. She has since undertaken renovations, including installing a new roof. The property, located 191 kilometers from Sydney, was also previously promoted as a short-term holiday rental at $1,200 per night with a minimum three-night stay.
Recently, Armytage spoke about her future prospects for love following her separation from equestrian businessman Richard Lavender, expressing confidence in finding it again and keeping her options open. She also addressed rumors of a potential return to breakfast television, clarifying speculation surrounding the Today show.
