7 Oct
Summary
- Sam Hanna returns to New York for a murder case close to home.
- The victim was a childhood friend whose death was staged as suicide.
- Hanna joins the NCIS New York team to investigate the conspiracy.
Special Agent Sam Hanna, formerly of NCIS: Los Angeles, finds himself back in his native New York City for a deeply personal case. His return is prompted by the murder of his close friend, Jack Halloway, whose death was deceptively presented as a suicide.
Hanna, convinced his friend was murdered, joins forces with NCIS special agent Nick Schaeffer and the New York team. They uncover Jack's investigation into an operation smuggling contract killers into the United States to kidnap an oligarch's daughter.
This dangerous conspiracy led to Jack's death. After bringing the perpetrators to justice, Hanna is convinced to stay in New York, accepting Nick's invitation to join the NCIS team, embracing his role in the city he once called home.
