Sam Frost Sells Doonan Home After $1.6M Valuation

Actress Sam Frost and her fiancé Jordie Hansen are selling their Queensland bushland retreat, located in the Doonan locality of Noosa Valley. The couple purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property in 2023 for $1.185 million and has since undertaken renovations. The home now holds a market valuation of $1.625 million and is positioned just 15 kilometers from the renowned beaches of the Sunshine Coast.

Frost, known for her role in Home and Away, and Hansen, an Australian Survivor star, are preparing for a significant lifestyle change. They are reportedly seeking a larger home to accommodate their expanding family, having welcomed their second son, Bobby, early last year, following the birth of their first son, Ted, in March 2022.

Significant improvements were made to the one-level brick house, including updated flooring and a fresh coat of paint in neutral tones. The property spans 2.3 acres of native bushland and features vaulted ceilings, an open-plan layout, and a spacious outdoor timber entertainment deck. Additional amenities include a breakfast bar, a private office convertible to a fourth bedroom, a private dam, rainwater tanks, and solar power.

This Queensland sale comes after Frost sold her Sydney townhouse in 2023 for $1.59 million, securing a substantial profit. Frost also recently announced the upcoming launch of her new podcast, 'Cracking On,' with Home and Away co-star Sarah Roberts, focusing on life's rejections and redirections.
