The international action thriller '7 Dogs,' starring Bollywood icons Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt in cameo roles, will be released in Indian cinemas on August 21. Directed by Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi, the film's release was announced by Salman Khan.
The crime-action story centers on an Interpol officer, Khalid Al-Azzazi, who apprehends a key figure from the '7 Dogs' crime syndicate. When the syndicate resurfaces, Khalid must cooperate with the imprisoned leader to combat a new drug operation across the Middle East.
The film, which premiered in the Middle East earlier this year, is headlined by Karim Abdel-Aziz and Ahmed Ezz. Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, produced the project, with reports suggesting Salman and Sanjay's cameos stemmed from their close ties with the producer.
Fans are particularly excited about the on-screen reunion of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt, who have previously shared the screen in beloved films such as 'Saajan' and 'Chal Mere Bhai'. Their collaboration was also seen in the music track 'Old Money' last year.
