Salman Khan cracks joke at IIFA 2027 press conference

Salman Khan brought his signature humor to the IIFA 2027 press conference held in Mumbai on Thursday, October 22. He playfully teased fellow actor Shahid Kapoor regarding a gesture Kapoor made upon entering the stage. This witty interaction elicited laughter from the assembled audience and media members.

Shahid Kapoor was observed touching the stage as a mark of respect when he arrived. Salman Khan seized this moment to deliver a jest, remarking, "Inhone mere pair nahi choohe, stage ko chooa inhone," which translates to "He didn't touch my feet; he touched the stage instead." The light-hearted jest was well-received, with clips of the humorous exchange quickly gaining traction on social media platforms.

Professionally, Salman Khan is gearing up for 'Monster,' a pan-India film directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju. The movie, which also features Nayanthara, is scheduled for an Eid 2027 release.
