Producer Shailendra Singh shared a surprising anecdote about Bollywood star Salman Khan undergoing a hair restoration treatment years ago. During a regular Monday night gathering at Khan's residence, Singh witnessed Khan casually receiving platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy while eating his meal.

Singh recounted that a man entered the room, put on gloves, and began injecting Khan's scalp. Khan, engrossed in his food, nonchalantly remarked that there was a "price to pay to be a star." This treatment, which uses concentrated platelets from a person's own blood to stimulate hair follicles, is now widely used.

PRP therapy is a regenerative procedure aimed at promoting healing and tissue repair. It involves drawing blood, concentrating the platelets, and injecting the plasma into the scalp to encourage hair density and regrowth. Singh noted that many celebrities now opt for such treatments as their hair begins to thin with age.
