Filmmaker Shailendra Singh has shared an anecdote detailing a hair treatment undergone by actor Salman Khan at his Galaxy Apartments residence. Singh recounted witnessing Khan receiving scalp injections while dining, an experience he described as startling.
Singh observed a man in gloves injecting Khan's scalp with a needle, which the actor nonchalantly referred to as 'the price to pay to be a star.' Singh admitted his initial belief that the procedure was illegal in India.
He later identified the treatment as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, a method for hair loss using the individual's own blood plasma. This therapy required injections into the scalp, with Singh stating it was repeated four times annually.
Salman Khan recently displayed a bald look alongside his physique in a gym photograph shared on social media. In terms of upcoming projects, Khan is set to appear in Apoorva Lakhia's 'Maatrubhoomi' and Vamshi Paidipally's SVC63, with the latter slated for an Eid 2027 release.
