Vishal Mishra Joins Salman Khan's 'The Monster'

Singer-composer Vishal Mishra has been confirmed to head the music department for Salman Khan's forthcoming action entertainer, tentatively titled 'The Monster'. Mishra will be responsible for composing the entire album and will also lend his voice to the film's title track. This marks another collaboration between the artist and the Bollywood superstar.

The project, previously known by its working title 'SVC63', is being produced by Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Interestingly, two songs were already finalized before Mishra officially joined. This film is significant as it will be Salman Khan's first on-screen pairing with actress Nayanthara. 'The Monster' is currently scheduled to hit cinemas during the Eid 2027 festive period.

Mishra's musical journey with Salman Khan includes composing the song 'Selfish' for 'Race 3' and contributing to the soundtrack of 'Notebook', produced under Salman Khan Films. His involvement in 'The Monster' offers him another opportunity to craft music for a major star in a large-scale action film, leveraging his versatile style that spans emotional melodies and commercial hits.

This new assignment for 'The Monster' comes as Vishal Mishra continues to expand his presence in the Indian film industry. He recently composed and sang multiple songs, including 'Tabaahi', for Yash's upcoming film 'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups'. His dual role as composer and vocalist has become a hallmark of his career.
