Should the content concerns persist, 'Maatrubhumi' could be pushed to 2027, potentially resulting in two Salman Khan film releases that year. The film, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash and stars Salman Khan as Colonel B Santosh Babu, with Chitrangada Singh in a lead role.
Even after content issues are addressed, securing a prime release date presents a challenge due to numerous other major film projects already occupying key slots in the cinematic calendar.
