As of November 8th, 2025, the 'Deewangi Deewangi' song from the 2007 film 'Om Shanti Om' remains one of Bollywood's most iconic moments. The song united over 30 of the industry's biggest stars, including Dharmendra, Salman Khan, and Saif Ali Khan.
In a recent interview, director-choreographer Farah Khan shared a heartwarming story from the song's shoot. She revealed that Salman Khan, known for his own schedule, was willing to wait four hours just to watch the veteran actor Dharmendra perform his shot. Salman's immense respect for the legendary Dharmendra led to one of the song's most memorable, unplanned moments.
During Dharmendra's dance, Salman and Saif Ali Khan spontaneously jumped into the frame, surprising even Saif himself. "If you see Saif, he doesn't know what is happening. He's like, 'Kya ho raha hai?'" Farah Khan recalled.
Now, years later, these superstars continue to shine. Dharmendra is set to appear in the highly anticipated war drama 'Ikkis' in December 2025, marking the debut of Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda. Salman Khan is gearing up for his own war film 'Battle of Galwan' in June 2026, while Sanjay Dutt has the fantasy thriller 'The Raja Saab' with Prabhas, scheduled for a worldwide release in 2026. Saif Ali Khan is also set for a big 2026 release with 'Haiwaan', reuniting him with Akshay Kumar.
