Bollywood actor Salman Khan recently revealed that his first significant purchase after entering the film industry was a Rolex watch for his father, Salim Khan. He recounted borrowing funds to acquire the watch, which cost nine lakh rupees at the time.
His father, veteran writer Salim Khan, initially questioned the purchase, expressing concern about Salman's early extravagant spending. However, Salim Khan eventually grew fond of the Rolex and gifted it back to Salman years later.
Salman also clarified that most watches he is seen wearing are borrowed from friends, stating he only owns the one Rolex gifted by his father. The actor will next appear in 'Maatrubhumi' and 'SVC63'.
