Records indicate that Salman Khan acquired this property in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore. The recent sale reflects a significant increase in its value. The apartment spans 758 square feet of carpet area and includes two dedicated car parking spaces.
The buyers of the property are identified as Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. They paid ₹21 lakh in stamp duty and a ₹30,000 registration fee to complete the purchase.
Salman Khan has a long-standing connection with Bandra, continuing to reside at the Galaxy Apartments on Bandstand. Bandra West remains a sought-after residential area, popular among numerous film industry personalities.
Meanwhile, a proposal for a new sea-facing residential building owned by Salman Khan's mother, Salma Khan, in Bandra (West) has received clearance from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. The BMC approved the Intimation of Disapproval for this project last year.
