Summary
- Salman Khan denies regretting his work on the film 'Sikandar'
- Director AR Murugadoss accused Salman of arriving late on the set, disrupting filming
- Salman claims his rib was broken, counters Murugadoss's recent film had an actor arriving late

On October 13th, 2025, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan addressed the accusations made by 'Sikandar' director AR Murugadoss regarding his tardiness on the film's set. During a recent episode of 'Bigg Boss 19', Salman stated that he does not regret doing the movie, as the plot was excellent.
However, Salman acknowledged that there were issues with his punctuality, explaining that he would often arrive on set around 9 PM, which caused problems. The actor revealed that his rib was broken during the filming, and Murugadoss had commented on this. Salman then took an indirect jibe at Murugadoss's latest release, 'Madharaasi', stating that it was a "bigger blockbuster" than 'Sikandar'.
Murugadoss had previously complained about Salman's late arrivals, saying it affected the child actors in the film, who would have to shoot late-night scenes even if they were supposed to be returning from school. Salman acknowledged these challenges but defended his actions, suggesting that Murugadoss's recent film also had an actor arriving late on set.
The 'Sikandar' cast included Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Prateik Babbar, Jatin Sarna, and Sanjay Kapoor. The film was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and released on March 30th, 2025.
