Salim-Sulaiman: 10 Videos in 3 Days!

Salim-Sulaiman, known for their Bollywood work, have embarked on an ambitious independent music journey with their album Bhoomi. The new season of Bhoomi features a remarkable lineup of artists and an equally impressive visual project.

Despite the logistical complexities, the duo successfully filmed 10 music videos within a three-day period. Salim highlighted that advanced planning, which began in March-April for July-August shoots, was key. Coordinating singer and musician schedules, along with studio availability, allowed for efficient production.

The filming process itself mimicked a live concert experience, employing a multi-camera setup with six cameras. Each singer performed live multiple times, capturing numerous shot combinations. This strategy enabled the completion of one music video in approximately three hours, with up to three songs filmed daily.

Salim expressed deep personal investment in Bhoomi, calling it his 'heart-project.' He is particularly grateful that participating singers and musicians approached the project with an artistic rather than commercial mindset, fostering a strong sense of community within the music fraternity. The album boasts contributions from prominent artists such as Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, and Arijit Singh.
