Saddest Landscape Returns After Decade With New Album

Boston post-hardcore group The Saddest Landscape is set to release their first full-length album in more than ten years. Titled Alone With Heaven, the new record is scheduled for an April 24 release via Iodine Recordings.
The album holds particular significance as it was co-produced by the renowned Steve Albini and Jack Shirley. According to a statement, Alone With Heaven represents one of the final recording projects Albini completed before his death in 2024.
In anticipation of the album, The Saddest Landscape has unveiled a new song from the LP, titled 'From Home They Run.' This track follows the release of their lead single, 'Hexes,' which was shared with fans in November of last year. The band also features guest appearances from musicians Julien Baker, Jeremy Bolm, and Evan Weiss on the album.
