Rumer Willis Daughter at Risk: Court Battle Erupts

Rumer Willis has accused her ex-partner, Derek Richard Thomas, of endangering their 3-year-old daughter, Louetta. The allegations are central to an ongoing court battle where both parents are claiming violations of a custody order. Willis filed an emergency petition seeking to suspend Thomas' supervised visits, citing concerns over his judgment and potential risks to their child.

According to court documents filed by Willis, Thomas allegedly made Louetta walk a significant distance and cross a busy highway in extreme heat. Willis expressed deep concern over his behavior, fearing it puts Louetta's well-being at risk. This dispute intensified in June when Thomas accused Willis of moving their daughter without notice and exposing her to "adult sexual humor" in a commercial.

A judge previously blocked Thomas' request for an unsupervised overnight visit with Louetta. While Demi Moore provided a declaration supporting Willis, Thomas' lawyer denied the allegations, accusing Willis of obstructing a father-daughter relationship. Thomas himself stated that he has never endangered their daughter and is capable of providing her with necessary care.
