Actor Mark Ruffalo has found himself at the center of a public dispute following his criticism of Oracle's business dealings with the Israeli military. Paramount, a major player in a significant media merger, accused Ruffalo of employing "antisemitic tropes" in his critique.

Ruffalo strongly refuted these allegations, characterizing them as "appalling and fundamentally dishonest." He clarified that his opposition stems from his political convictions and targets the actions of Oracle and its executives, not the Jewish people, for whom he expressed deep affection and respect.
