The actress shared that she broke multiple ribs while gardening in her backyard, an incident that occurred after the demanding show concluded. This happened despite her prior concerns about sustaining an injury during the show that could set back her recovery from past issues.

Rose previously spoke out about a severe injury allegedly sustained during the filming of "Batwoman" in October 2021, where she reported nearly severing her spinal cord and suffering two herniated discs. The network had denied claims of unsafe working conditions. During her time on "Special Forces," Rose also found challenges in the inability to interact with the jungle's wild dogs and experienced emotional moments due to the extreme conditions.
