Rose Abdoo Wants Back Into Stars Hollow

Rose Abdoo, widely recognized for her roles as Gypsy and Berta on the beloved series "Gilmore Girls," has voiced her enthusiasm for an upcoming documentary. This project is being produced by HBO Max to commemorate the show's 25th anniversary.

Abdoo confirmed she has already expressed her desire to be involved in any capacity. The documentary is expected to feature key figures like creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, executive producer Daniel Palladino, and star Lauren Graham, alongside other cast and crew members.

It will incorporate new behind-the-scenes footage, outtakes, and original script pages. The project is being directed by Bonni Cohen and currently has no release date.

Abdoo believes the lasting appeal of "Gilmore Girls" lies in its cozy ambiance and its ability to tell stories that resonate across generations. She also highlighted the show's depiction of different age groups coexisting, a theme she sees reflected in "Hacks" and her new CBS comedy "Eternally Yours."
