In a recent interview, the Spanish singer shared that she is still exploring the same questions and desires in her new music as she was on her previous album. "It's been a process," Rosalía said. "I've changed a lot, but at the same time, I'm still wrapping my head around the same things. It's like I still have the same questions and the same desire to answer them."

Since 'Motomami', Rosalía has released a string of standalone singles, including 'LLYM' in 2022 and 'Tuya' in 2023.
