Subsequently, Film Forum in New York will host a 25-film series titled "Rossellini 120" from November 20 to December 10.
These programs aim to showcase Rossellini's profound impact on cinema, including seminal works like "Rome, Open City," "Paisan," and "Germany, Year Zero." Special attention will be given to his collaborations with his third wife, Ingrid Bergman, featuring films such as "Stromboli," "Europe '51," and "Journey to Italy." The Academy Museum will also premiere a new 4K restoration of "Fear" (1954), Rossellini's final film with Bergman.
