Residents of Ripon can anticipate a vibrant weekend of live music and holiday festivities in the heart of downtown. The Village Green will host the Horicon Bank Ripon Summer Concert Series, with a free performance by the Central Wisconsin-based cover band Flannel Revival on July 3rd, from 7 to 10 p.m. This band is known for its energetic renditions of 1990s and 2000s hits.
The celebration continues on July 4th, marking America's 250th anniversary with a special event. Festivities commence at 3 p.m. with complimentary cupcakes, foam cannons, and large bubble machines. The evening will feature a performance by Smitten, a band celebrated for its diverse mix of rock favorites spanning multiple decades. Their concert is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m.
The concert series is organized by Ripon Main Street, Inc., and all performances are held at the Village Green, located at the corner of Watson and Seward streets.
