Rip Torn's 'Canadian Bacon' Antics: Nixon List & Hooker Shouts

Actor Kevin Pollak vividly recalled the eccentric on-set behavior of the late Rip Torn during the filming of "Canadian Bacon." Pollak stated that Torn consistently maintained he was on former President Richard Nixon's enemies list, a claim he repeated daily. This created an unpredictable atmosphere for his co-stars on the John Candy film.

Further adding to the strangeness, Pollak recounted an incident at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto. Co-star Kevin O'Connor and his wife overheard Torn through thin walls, leading them to create a 'top 10' list of his outbursts. The most memorable included Torn yelling, "I said milk it like a cow," at someone in an adjacent room, believed to be a sex worker.
