Bradley Riches has commended the strength of his friend Sharon Osbourne as she navigates the period following the death of her husband, Ozzy. Their friendship has continued post-show, including a reunion for brunch with Sharon's daughter, Kelly, in December 2025.

Riches shared his admiration for the pair, stating, 'They're such amazing people - what they've been through.' He described Sharon and Kelly as strong, empowering women whom he looks up to. In addition to his personal life, Riches is releasing his book, "Autistically Me: How to Understand and Celebrate Our Unique Minds," on June 9, 2026. The book shares his personal journey as the first neurodivergent character on Emmerdale and offers guidance on living with autism. Riches, who was diagnosed with autism at age nine and was non-verbal until age ten, aims to promote self-acceptance and understanding of unique minds.
