Richard Simmons' Mansion Price Slashed Again!

Richard Simmons' Los Angeles mansion, located in the Hollywood Hills above the Sunset Strip, has experienced another price reduction. The estate, originally listed in June for nearly $7 million, saw its price slashed by $410,000 this past Saturday. The current asking price is now $5,889,999, a substantial decrease just five months after it first hit the market.

The gated, colonial-style home, built in 1937, offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Amenities include a pool, a pool house, an updated kitchen, and a maid's suite. This iconic property was the residence of the reclusive fitness guru, who ceased making public appearances in 2014.

Tragically, Richard Simmons passed away in this home last year, one day after celebrating his 76th birthday. His cause of death was officially determined to be accidental, resulting from complications of recent falls and heart disease. The home's listing agent is John A.
