In November 2025, Stephanie Shojaee, the newest cast member of The Real Housewives of Miami, made headlines at BravoCon for candidly discussing her recent cosmetic procedures. During a panel with her RHOM castmates, the 40-year-old revealed that while in Las Vegas for the convention, she was "showing off" some cleavage that looked a bit different, thanks to a recent breast augmentation.
Shojaee's revelation was met with a playful jab from her castmate Larsa Pippen, who joked that Shojaee "looks like a slut" after going to Pippen's "boob doctor" for the procedure. The following day, Shojaee further opened up, sharing that she had also undergone chin liposuction a couple of months prior, calling it a "life-changing" experience.
In addition to the breast augmentation and chin liposuction, Shojaee revealed that she had a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment and a lower facelift. The reality star also addressed misconceptions about her, stating that while she does care about money and nice things, she has a big heart, is very giving, and is "addicted to work," working at the office every single day.
