Renowned Producer Max Styler Launches Boundary-Pushing Label 'Nu Moda'

In October 2025, renowned producer and DJ Max Styler announced the launch of his own label, Nu Moda. The California-born artist, who has topped the Beatport charts multiple times with his tech house productions, is now expanding his creative vision with this new platform.

According to Styler's team, Nu Moda is "a creative platform designed to challenge convention and open new intersections between sound, style and identity." This means cultivating a strong signature aesthetic inspired by underground subcultures, with original handcrafted artwork incorporating typography, layered iconography, and symbolic imagery.

"Nu Moda is for me, my friends and the artists who inspire me," Styler says. "It's a place to push boundaries, whether that's in production, style, or self-expression." The label's debut release, Styler's own "You & Me," is set to drop on October 17th. The artist says the track "fuses a lot of the sonic elements I've become known for as a producer while touching on some new textures."

To celebrate the launch, Nu Moda will host events during Art Basel in Miami on December 3rd and Miami Music Week 2026, offering "a first look into the experiential side of the label...[bringing] together music, fashion and art under one roof." Beyond the debut, the label plans to welcome a roster of like-minded collaborators and new talent in 2026.
